Who is Sam Maddox?

Sam Maddox is the founder and CEO of BridgeWave, an independent payments & POS technology firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. Sam founded BridgeWave to give U.S. business owners independent, expert guidance on choosing and managing payments and POS technology, with honest advice before the decision and real people who stay with your account long after it. Sam learned early in his career that the sale matters far less than who picks up the phone afterward, and BridgeWave was built around that idea. BridgeWave is also a family business with roots in hospitality: Sam runs it alongside his fiancée and co-founder, Kenzie, and when Kenzie’s mother opened Bojae’s Wine Bar & Bistro, the family got to live the operator’s side firsthand. Running a restaurant taught them exactly what matters in technology and support when service is on the line, and that experience shapes every recommendation BridgeWave makes.
